How to track a transaction
If you’ve withdrawn funds from your account to a third-party platform wallet, do the following:
Go to History
In the transaction list, tap the transaction of interest
Tap View transaction
On the site that opens, you will see information about this transaction in the blockchain
Review the amount transacted (the total of all transactions from the sender wallet is shown), Confirmed, Transaction fee, Sender wallet, Recipient wallet.
For the transaction to succeed, it must be confirmed in the blockchain network. The total number of confirmations may vary, but to see the deposit in the recipient wallet 2 to 5 confirmations are enough, depending on the rules of the wallet platform.
If you see all the confirmations, but the funds have not been deposited to the wallet, contact the RECIPIENT PLATFORM support.
To send funds from a third-party platform to a Vexel account, do the following:
On the sending platform, find the transaction in the transaction history
In the transaction details, copy the transaction TXID or hash
Go to blockchair.com
In the search bar, insert the transaction hash and tap “Search”
On the page that opens, you will see information about this transaction in the blockchain
Review the transaction Amount (the total of all transactions from the sender wallet is shown), Confirmation status, Network fee, Sender wallet, Recipient wallet.
For the transaction to succeed, it must be confirmed in the blockchain network. The total number of confirmations may vary, but to deposit the funds to a Vexel account two confirmations will be sufficient.
If you see all the confirmations, but the funds have not been deposited to the wallet, contact Vexel support.
