How to top up your wallet using SWIFT and SEPA transfer

You can only top up your EUR account using this method.

SWIFT transfers are not available to residents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Also, cross-border transfers are not available for Russian Federation residents.

Follow these steps:

1. In your Vexel dashboard tap EUR account.

2. Tap Top up”.

3. Read the notice and tap Got it.

4. Copy the details shown on the screen.

5. Go to your bank app.

6. Open the SWIFT or SEPA transfer section as needed.

7. Enter the details you copied earlier into the appropriate fields.

8. Complete the transfer.
