How to order your crypto card

Dear Vexel cardholders,

We regret to inform you about the termination of Vexel card program within Union Pay International card scheme.

Please note that all Vexel Union Pay cards will stop operating after December 31st 2022. Card top up will be suspended starting from Dec 15th 2022. Until then, cards can be used without any restrictions, same as before. Note that you may withdraw funds until December 31st 2022. In order to withdraw funds you’d have to fill out and sign payment authorization form which you can obtain by contacting our customer support at mailto:[email protected]. Please bear in mind that unspent balances and funds that were not withdrawn until Dec 31st 2022 will expire. You won’t be able to withdraw funds later on as cards will cease to be operational.

To make things a bit easier and as a gesture of goodwill we’re happy to announce that we won’t be charging any monthly maintenance fees. We’re very sorry to sunset the product and are looking forward to bringing it back in the future. Rest assured that the new version of Vexel card is going to be more advanced and sophisticated than ever before. Thanks for choosing Vexel!
